In this 8-hour workshop, participants will get to complete 13 types of sushi varieties and assemble them onto a sushi table (additional cost of $5 and is optional)
Estimated time allocation:
1st hour: Tamago Nigiri + Kani Crabstick Nigiri
2nd hour: Tuna Gunkan + Ika Nigiri
3rd hour: Ikura Gunkan + Uni Gunkan
4th hour: Salmon Nigiri + Maguro Nigiri
5th hour: Ebi Nigiri + Aburi Salmon Nigiri
6th hour: Otoro Nigiri + Unagi Nigiri
7th hour: California Maki
8th Hour: Assembling / Sanding / Gluing / Varnishing
Due to the many varieties you get to craft in the workshop, pre-made canes and molds will be used in this class.
