Description
Hands up if you have enjoyed eating these brightly coloured wa ko kuehs in your childhood. I love dipping them in orange sugar for a sweeter taste and crunchier texture. Sadly, these cupcakes are getting hard to find, though you can still buy them from wet markets and pasar malams. These are often also referred to, as the mini version of huat kuehs.
