Nonya Kueh Miniatures Workshop (Public, 29th April 2017, Saturday)

Join me for a fun afternoon of crafting a tray full of your favourite Bengawan-Solo inspired nonya kuehs!

Date: 29 April, Saturday 1 – 630pm
Class Size: 5 participants

Participants will get to craft up to 15 miniature nonya kuehs depending on your pace  and assemble them on a miniature tray.

1st hour: Ang Kueh Kueh and Kueh Dadar
2nd hour: Kueh Lapis Sagu and Kueh Sarlat
3rd hour: Corn Kueh (DIY your own mold)
4th hour: Pulut Inti
5th hour: Kueh Ambon

Last 30 minutes: Assembling of miniatures on the tray
